Job Description
The People Operations Administrative Assistant provides direct administrative support to the People Operations team including HR, Recruiting, and Training. This entry-level role is focused on organization, scheduling, data entry, and project support to ensure processes run smoothly. The role is task-driven, accuracy-focused, and ideal for someone who is detail-oriented and dependable. Recruiting or training support experience is considered a plus, but not required.
Key Responsibilities
Administrative & Operations Support
Maintain organized records, trackers, and shared files.
Enter and update data accurately in systems and spreadsheets.
Assist with scheduling interviews, meetings, training sessions, and other operational events.
Prepare and format documents, reports, and presentations as directed.
Support team projects by completing assigned tasks, tracking progress, and ensuring deadlines are met.
Provide logistical support for onboarding schedules, training calendars, and operational rollouts.
Recruiting & Training Support (Plus, Not Required)
Post open roles to job boards and maintain candidate trackers.
Schedule candidate interviews and coordinate calendars.
Assist with training preparation such as rosters, materials, and attendance tracking.

Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred.
1+ year of administrative or office support experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google and ability to learn new systems quickly.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks.
Clear written and verbal communication skills.

Experience supporting People Operations, recruiting, or training teams.
Comfort with applicant tracking systems (ATS) or learning management systems (LMS).
