Job Summary
The Client Support Service Professional is responsible for handling inbound phone inquiries related to Client accounts, services, and online platforms. This role requires a high level of professionalism, accuracy, and efficiency in providing support for Client Cash Management products, the Client Online platform, mobile applications, and other general financial inquiries. The ideal candidate will be service-driven, adaptable, and able to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced call center environment.
Key Responsibilities
Answer and resolve client service inquiries via incoming phone calls with professionalism and accuracy.
Provide functional support for Client Cash Management products and services.
Assist clients with navigating Client Online and the mobile app.
Address general financial or account-related inquiries with clarity and adherence to compliance standards.
Maintain performance standards, including call quality, accuracy, and call handling time.
Work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
Adapt quickly to changes in workflow, procedures, or client needs.
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred.
Prior experience in customer service, call center, or financial services environment.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to multi-task in a high-volume, fast-paced setting.
Basic understanding of financial services or banking products.
Proficiency in computer systems and applications; comfortable navigating multiple systems simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting online financial platforms or mobile banking apps.
Familiarity with investment account types and cash management tools.
Previous employment with a financial services institution or brokerage.
Certifications (if any)
None required for this role; relevant FINRA licenses (e.g., Series 7) are a plus but not mandatory.
