ASRC Federal is looking for a Salesforce Developer to join our Salesforce team. The role involves working on declarative automation using Flow Builder as well as custom development using Apex. Strong documentation and collaboration skills are essential for translating business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce Flows (Record-Triggered, Screen, and Scheduled Flows).
Write clean, efficient, and reusable Apex code for triggers, classes, and batch jobs.
Build and optimize Lightning components and Visualforce pages (as needed).
Develop custom logic using Apex to extend platform capabilities where declarative tools fall short.
Assist in integration efforts using REST/SOAP APIs and third-party platforms.
Write technical documentation including flow diagrams, code specs, and process documentation.
Participate in peer code reviews, testing, and deployment activities.
Work closely with admins, business analysts, and other developers to understand requirements and deliver quality solutions.
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in Salesforce development.
Proficiency in Apex programming, including triggers, classes, and exception handling.
Experience with SOQL, SOSL, and governor limits.
Hands-on experience with Salesforce Flow Builder and process automation.
Familiarity with Lightning components and Visualforce.
Strong documentation and communication skills.
Required Certifications:
Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant + Certified Platform Developer I or IIor
Salesforce Certified Administrator + Certified Platform Developer I or II with priorexperience working on Service Cloud Projects
