Job Description
Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
This part-time position supports students from kindergarten through 7th grade in a K-12 educational setting located in Westerville, OH. The role involves providing occupational therapy services designed to enhance the students' functional abilities and participation in school activities.
Responsibilities:
Deliver individualized occupational therapy interventions for K-7 students
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to develop and implement student-specific therapy goals
Monitor and document student progress to adjust treatment plans accordingly
Participate in team meetings and contribute to educational planning as needed
Maintain compliance with state regulations and school policies related to therapy services
Qualifications:
Masters degree in Occupational Therapy required
Valid Ohio state license or credentials in Occupational Therapy
Experience working with children in educational or pediatric settings preferred
Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team
Flexibility to work 10 hours per week with a flexible schedule
