Business Analyst

As a Business Analyst, you will be part of the IT department supporting various project teams. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a collaborative mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Business Analyst

Candidates: US Citizens or GC Holders (this role is not open to CTC)

Location: On-Site in Columbus, OH

Pay Range: $75hr with benefits

Duration: Contract to Hire (initial contract 08/26/25 thru 04/30/26)

What's the Job?

Collaborate with stakeholders to define business problems, objectives, and project scope.

Document business requirements in an organized and traceable manner.

Facilitate meetings to elicit, analyze, and validate business requirements.

Support the development of user acceptance and quality assurance tests.

Assist in the evaluation of technology solutions to ensure they meet business needs.

What's Needed?

Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution or equivalent industry experience.

3+ years of professional experience as an IT business analyst or comparable role.

Strong facilitation, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.

Solid experience in business analysis planning and requirements analysis.

Excellent MS-Excel, SQL, and Visio skills.
