JOB DETAILS: The HRIS Officer is the bridge between HR processes and technology.

They manage, maintain, and optimize the HR software that stores all employee data.

Key Responsibilities: Act as the system administrator for the organization's HRIS.

Ensure data integrity by performing regular audits and cleaning up discrepancies.

Generate standard and custom reports for HR and management (e.g., headcount, turnover, diversity metrics). Troubleshoot system issues and serve as the first point of contact for user inquiries and problems.

Lead or support the implementation of new HRIS modules or systems.

Test system updates and new functionalities.

Develop user procedures, guidelines, and documentation and conduct training for HR staff and managers.

Manage system access and security permissions.

Key Skills & Qualifications: Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in specific HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, SAP, Oracle) and strong MS Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs). Understanding of data structures and reporting tools is crucial.

Knowledge: Understanding of HR processes (recruitment, onboarding, performance management, compensation) to effectively configure the system.

Soft Skills: Analytical thinking, problem-solving, project management, and strong communication skills to translate technical concepts for non-technical users.
