Crafted Highlights:
In the role of Technical Brewer working in Creemore Springs Brewery in Creemore, Ontario you will be part of the Brewing team. You will be responsible for ensuring the quality, consistency, and efficiency of all brewing processes. This position combines technical brewing expertise with strong leadership, process management, and biochemical/mechanical problem-solving skills. The Technical Brewer safeguards produce integrity, support continuous improvement, and ensures compliance with safety, quality and regulatory standards. Excellence in this role allows the brewing team to meet its continuous improvement goals and sets the entire production team up for success.
This position reports to Unit Manager-Brewing.
What You’ll Be Brewing:
Ensure the health and safety of the brewing team is the top priority through shift change meetings to reinforce brewery policies through swift and concise action to deal with presented concerns
Schedule daily brewing, cellar, and filter operations based on forecast
Monitor and maintain raw materials
Input and maintain production within our ERP system
Participate in our preventative maintenance program
Investigate and troubleshoot quality related events and issues. Track and report KPI’s
Key Ingredients:
Formal brewing education or 5 years’ experience in a fast paced, rotating shift, beer manufacturing environment, including at least 2 years at the supervisory level.
Experience in production planning from material management to production scheduling according to the cadence of brewing operations is essential.
Experience with automation in beverage manufacturing, with an understanding of ladder logic programming/PLCs is required.
Experience managing people in the consumer-packaged goods industry is preferred.
Experience with food safety standards in a manufacturing environment, or in a quality lab is an asset.

Pay and Benefits:
At Molson Coors, we’re committed to paying people fairly and equitably for the work they do.
Job Posting Total Rewards Offerings: $68,900.00 - $90,400.00 (posting salary range) + 11% target short term incentive + $11,000 on average spent on benefits per employee, including but not limited to health, dental, vision, retirement with above market employer match, wellness incentives and EAP + paid time off (including holidays, vacation days and sick days).
The posting range provided above for salary is what we, in good faith, believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting.
