Warehouse Operative

WAREHOUSE OPERATIVE - NIGHT SHIFT

SUNDAY - THURSDAY : 10PM - 6AM

£16.37 PER HOUR BASIC

£25.16 PER HOUR OVERTIME

People Solutions are currently recruiting for Warehouse Operatives to join our well-established client based in the Alfreton, Derbyshire.

Day to Day Duties

As a Warehouse Operative, your duties will be, but not limited to:

Picking and packing customer orders for a supply chain

Stock control

Restocking shelves

Accepting incoming orders

Processing and packing orders

Counting inventory and ensuring orders are shipped in a timely manner

Maintaining a clean working environment

You will have to lift and carry items up to 15kg

Other duties as assigned

Essential Skills

Skills needed to be a Warehouse Operative with our client are:

Basic level of English

Reliable and punctual

Ability to work well with others

Be flexible and open to change

Excellent verbal communication skills

Must be able to speak/read a certain level of English

Must pass a basic English & Numeracy Test

Must be physically fit and able to lift items up to 15kg

Meeting demanding targets and performing tasks to high standards

Desirable Experience

Desirable experience needed to be a Warehouse Operative with our client is:

Experience working in a warehouse would be beneficial

Training

All training provided and additional support throughout
