Business Analyst

Role Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to collect, clean, and interpret data to provide meaningful insights that drive business decisions.

The ideal candidate will have strong skills in SQL, Excel, and visualization tools, with a passion for turning raw data into actionable strategies.

Key Responsibilities Collect, clean, and validate large datasets from multiple sources.

Analyze data to identify patterns, correlations, and business trends.

Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations using Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools.

Write and optimize SQL queries for data extraction and manipulation.

Work closely with stakeholders to define data requirements and KPIs.

Perform ad-hoc analysis to support strategic and operational decisions.

Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Marketing, Finance, Operations). Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or related field.

1–3 years of experience as a Data Analyst (for mid-level adjust to 3–5 years). Strong proficiency in SQL (queries, joins, aggregation). Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros). Hands-on experience with data visualization tools: Tableau, Power BI, Looker.

Knowledge of statistics and analytical techniques.

Familiarity with Python/R for data analysis.

Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
