Supporting the team in driving category growth and executional excellence through data-led insights and operational coordination

Delivering monthly business reporting and category analytics to surface performance trends and uncovering market trends and opportunities

Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams such as Marketing, Supply Chain, and Ecommerce

Driving operational readiness for major seasonal launches by coordinating across markets and managing end-to-end brand portal updates to ensure seamless execution

Key Projects

Supporting the team with fragrance assortment curation for Sephora Stories and campaign briefs

Leading the planning and coordination of our signature Sephora Collection Captains Convention
