Assisting with training program event logistics & program communications

Managing and updating the Learning Management Systems (LMS) & internal platforms

Preparing and consolidating regular reports on training and learning activities

Preparing change management briefs to market HR and Retail Teams, working with HR teams across the markets to ensure that launches are consistent across all markets

Key Projects

Curating the 2026 SEA Learning Guide and supporting Sephora’s Global Learning initiatives

Supporting the phased rollout of Sephora’s retail career guide across the region, creating communications toolkits and playbooks for the Retail Team to reference
