**ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS**
**Development**
+ Market samples tracking and system kick off - follow up with vendors on sample development and manage Market Sample due dates
+ Understand the company requirements and work with vendors for development quality issues
**Production approvals and tracking**
+ Collaborate with vendors, cross functional team and counterparts, engage people in different locations - HK & US office
+ Manage lab dips/strike off/graphic/wash submission/status to meet due dates
**Data and system maintenance**
+ Data maintenance - Make use of different systems such as PLM, Intellimas to manage daily activities
**REQUIREMENT**
+ University Graduate or above, preferably with major in Apparel/ Textile or Fashion garment
+ At least 3 years’ working experience in the garment field for US/Canada market
+ Experience in buying / sourcing office or children wear products is a plus.
+ Agile, Innovative mind-set and problem solving skill
+ Good command of written and spoken English
+ Proficient in MS office (Pivot table, Excel, PPT …
