Project Manager – Digital Intelligence HR Team

Would you like to lead programme delivery and business winning across the data and digital portfolio? We currently have a vacancy for a Project Manager to join the Digital Intelligence HR team. This role can be contractually based at any UK DI site (London, Frimley, Leeds, Manchester) but does not require regular on-site working.

As Project Manager you will lead a number of change and transformation projects within the HR function across Digital Intelligence, varying in size and scope. These projects will include implementation and adoption of new systems, workforce planning projects, and HR resourcing projects. You’ll also be involved in representing and advocating for DI within the wider HR Evolve transformation programme.

This is an excellent opportunity to work in a varied role, representing Digital Intelligence in important business change programmes, and networking with a multitude of senior stakeholders across Group.

Your main responsibilities as Project Manager will include:

· Developing and delivering project plan activities across HR Evolve and other Digital Intelligence projects within the HR function

· Working across a range of projects from IT to policy and process changes

· Driving the transformation of employee experience or HR processes and systems

· Working closely with HR Evolve programme and the HR function to ensure local plans are robust and fulfil all requirements and dependencies

· Consolidating and providing a portfolio view of projects across the Digital Intelligence HR function

· Ensuring project management processes are in place and reporting is available to identify where further support is required

Your skills and qualifications:

Essential:

· Project Management experience, and experience delivering/ managing multiple projects simultaneously

· Strong communicator and ability to manage stakeholders

Desirable:

· Experience within/ knowledge of Digital Intelligence business and/or exposure to other sectors within the Group

· Experience working on HR projects/ programmes or knowledge of HR function

We’re looking for you to bring excellent communication and stakeholder management skills as you’ll be interfacing with a variety of different areas and functions across the business. You’ll need to be able to manage multiple projects and be able to prioritise effectively.

Location: Flexible, UK based. You’ll be based contractually at one of DI’s UK sites (London, Frimley, Christchurch, Leeds, Manchester) but hybrid/ flexible working is offered

Grade: GG11
