Assembler Associate II

Job Description

Position Summary: This position is to ensure all parts orders are fulfilled in a timely manner, all parts are correctly installed to specifications; and to maintain the general appearance and functionality of the assembly department.

Job Functions:

Assemble Tractors and Tractor attachments

Follow documented procedures to perform safe and defect free assembly and adjustment of parts and components.

Leverage lean manufacturing concepts to support continuous improvement and waste elimination.

Use industrial power tools and hand tools for assembly and lifting devices to move heavy components.

Inspect the quality and accuracy of the finished product

Record production

Operating lift trucks

Oversees and facilitates the delivery and installation of products.

Performs other duties as assigned.

Job Qualifications:

Excellent time management skills

Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.

Strong time management skills.

Quick learning skills.

Excellent attention to detail.

High school diploma or equivalent.

At least 1 year of mechanical experience

At least 3 years of professional experience with power tools preferred.

Regular and timely attendance required.
