Are you a results-driven leader with experience in the construction services industry? We're looking for a Branch Manager to lead our team in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex. This is an exciting opportunity to oversee a branch for a well-established service rental organization specializing in on-site rentals like dumpsters, portable toilets, and temporary fencing.
Your Impact
As the Branch Manager, you will be the driving force behind our branch's success. You will be responsible for leading and inspiring a team to achieve ambitious goals, foster customer relationships, and grow our market presence. Your day-to-day will involve:
Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of sales representatives, customer service associates, and dispatch coordinators to exceed sales targets and provide outstanding service.
Strategic Growth: Develop and execute strategic plans to expand our customer base, increase market share, and drive overall business growth.
Performance Management: Monitor key performance metrics, including sales revenue, profitability, and customer satisfaction, to ensure branch objectives are met.
Customer & Stakeholder Relations: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key customers and suppliers to ensure long-term retention and loyalty.
Operational Excellence: Oversee all branch operations, including hiring, training, and managing the budget to optimize resources and maximize profitability.
Safety & Compliance: Ensure full compliance with all company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
Who We're Looking For
We are seeking a seasoned professional with a strong background in construction site rental sales. You are a leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a proven track record of managing people and P&L.
Key Requirements:
Must have direct experience in Construction Site Rental Sales (e.g., dumpsters, porta potties, fencing).
Proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage a team to achieve performance targets.
Strong business acumen with experience in budget management and strategic planning.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a dynamic, fluctuating environment and visit construction sites.
