OFFICE ASSISTANT to HVAC Contractor located at 290 @ ANTOINE
Halco Mechanical is currently seeking to add to our already incredible Office Team.
Applicant must have excellent computer knowledge, be able to answer 6-line phones, perform basic, & general office duties. Knowledge with AR, quick books, adobe, Avast, team viewer, & drop box, required.
Filing, organization of computer files and paper files, blueprints, and project folders.
This position requires you to recognize that each task is critical to the success of the organization. Attention to detail is imperative as each task requires thoughtful implementation in a time constrained environment.
You will be required to
acquire skills on any project required to perform this work sometimes under extreme pressure
Office Hours 7:00 am until 3:30 PM M-F
Must have 2+ years of experience.
Professional appearance and manner
Job duties will include:
Impeccable typing and computer filing shills required.
Assist office manager, and estimators, with proposals and contract documents.
Prepare invoices, computer and manual generated.
Knowledge of Outlook, Microsoft Office, Excel, Drop Box, online sales etc.
Scanning, emailing proposals to multiple customers, Copying, Filing, Organizing, & document control.
Assist in customizing and maintaining social media accounts
Edit, upload and maintain video's photos, and data to our established web sites.
Perform Web searches for information on HVAC equipment, & material,
Bilingual a plus but not required
