Your role at Elevator Ventures:
As a Junior Investment Manager, you’ll be an integral part of our investment team and contribute to all stages of the investment lifecycle:
Deal Flow & Analysis
Screen, analyze, and track pipeline deals
Prepare investment recommendations and presentations
Support financial modeling, market research, and due diligence
Transaction Execution
Assist in the execution of transactions and valuation activities
Collaborate with legal, financial, and operational stakeholders
Portfolio & Entrepreneur Support
Support entrepreneurs in scaling their businesses, ideally in cooperation with the Raiffeisen Banking Group
Contribute to portfolio management, including reporting, meeting preparation, and strategic support
Your profile:
We’re looking for a curious and driven team player who is eager to grow in the world of venture capital. Ideally, you have:
A completed Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Innovation, or a related field
1–3 years of experience in finance, investment, consulting, or innovation (VC or FinTech experience is a plus)
Strong analytical thinking and financial modeling skills
Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint, ERP systems and AI prompting
A proactive, structured, and independent working style
Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset
Fluency in English (German or a CEE language is a plus)
Willingness to travel occasionally
