BCforward is currently seeking a highly motivated Customer Order Representative role which is fully remote

Position Title: Customer Experience Representative

Location: Redwing, MN

Anticipated Start Date: 09/01/2025

Expected Duration: 3+ Months

Job Type: Contract

Pay Range: $15/hr to $20/hr

Please note that actual compensation may vary within this range due to factors such as location, experience, and job responsibilities, and does not encompass additional non-standard compensation (e.g., benefits, paid time off, per diem, etc.).

Job Summary:

Customer Experience Representative, 3+ month contract position. Remote but will need to be onsite for the first 2 weeks for training.

Overview:

POS (EVA) – Ability to understand and navigate orders, including canceling order lines.

M3 (Order Management System) – Ability to change quantities for our replenishment orders in EVA and incorrect quantities placed in our B2B tool. Adjust duplicate invoices and process updates to orders.

Salesforce (SF) – Ability to create cases, send emails, and document actions taken.

Outlook – Ability to send professional email communications.

General – Availability to work during scheduled hours and willingness to adapt to evolving tasks.
