Now Hiring: Make-Ready Technician / Handyman – $19-20/hr Weekly Pay Monday-Friday 8a.m.-5p.m.

What You’ll Do:

"Turn" recently vacated apartments for new move-ins

Trash out units and complete general punch list repairs

Replace lightbulbs, locks, filters, and hardware

Light plumbing and electrical work (fix leaks, outlets, etc.)

Install appliances and ensure all make-ready work meets inspection standards

Perform painting, caulking, drywall repair, and pressure washing

Maintain cleanliness of breezeways and community areas

What You’ll Need:

Basic hand tools (screwdrivers, pliers, wrenches, etc.)

Reliable transportation to and from job sites

Physical ability to lift 40–50 lbs and work on your feet

Dependable, detail-oriented, and able to follow directions

Friendly and customer-service mindset with a team-player attitude
