Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Cath Lab Technologist with a strong background in cardiovascular and interventional radiology procedures.

This role involves working closely with physicians across multiple specialties, including Interventional Cardiology, Vascular Interventional Radiology (VIR), Electrophysiology (EP), and Neuro Interventional Radiology.Schedule:Shift: 4x10s (7:00 AM – 5:30 PM)Weekends: Every other weekendHolidays: Every other holidayCall: 8–10 shifts per month, including 1–2 weekendsMinimum Qualifications:Minimum 2 years of experience in a Cath Lab or Interventional Radiology settingGraduate of an accredited radiography programARRT certification (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists)ODH (Ohio Radiologic License)BLS and ACLS certificationsMust be proficient in scrubbing for cardiac catheterization and interventional radiology proceduresStrong knowledge of anatomy, positioning, imaging physics, radiation safety, and medical terminologyPrimary Areas of Responsibility: Cath Lab:Assist Interventional Cardiologists during diagnostic and interventional proceduresRoles include scrubbing, monitoring, and circulatingFamiliarity with coronary/peripheral anatomy, sterile technique, and hemodynamic monitoring Vascular Interventional Radiology (VIR):Assist Interventional Radiologists with image-guided vascular proceduresOperate imaging systems such as fluoroscopy, CT, and ultrasoundSupport all phases of minimally invasive procedures Electrophysiology (EP):Support Electrophysiologists in both invasive and non-invasive proceduresKnowledge of arrhythmia monitoring, cardiac anatomy, and electrophysiology-specific imaging techniques Neuro Interventional:Assist in neurovascular diagnostic and interventional proceduresUnderstand cerebral angiography, coiling, AVM treatments, and stroke intervention protocolsProficient with hemodynamic monitoring and neurovascular anatomyAbout LanceSoft Established in 2000, LanceSoft is a Certified MBE and Woman-Owned organization.
