Job Description

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with CCC certification is needed for a full-time contract position serving K-12 students. This opportunity offers a structured school-year schedule from August 6, 2024, through May 22, 2025, designed to support student communication development across multiple educational settings.

Responsibilities:

Provide assessments, therapy, and progress monitoring for students with speech and language impairments.

Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to implement effective communication interventions.

Maintain thorough and accurate documentation in compliance with applicable regulations.

Adjust therapy activities to meet individual student needs within the K-12 population.

Serve students across three sites within the designated school system.

Qualifications:

Valid Speech-Language Pathology license and Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC).

Experience working with children across elementary through high school age ranges.

Ability to manage caseload across multiple locations while maintaining a consistent schedule.

Strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with school staff and families.

Location and Schedule:

Based in Evergreen, AL.

Full-time, 7-hour workdays starting at 8:00 AM with a 30-minute unpaid lunch and an additional 30-minute unpaid break.

Schedule may vary by up to 30 minutes depending on assignment location.
