Server Emulator for District Sin Streets MMOFPS Game

Hello, I'm reaching out with a project that involves reviving an online multiplayer game that I and many others are passionate about.

The game is known as "S2 Son Silah" in the Turkish market and was originally released internationally as "District 187: Sin Streets." The game was officially shut down in 2013 (internationally) and 2015 (in Turkey). Since then, the intellectual property appears to be abandoned, with no active developer or publisher currently maintaining it.

Based on available research, the rights are inactive, which suggests that reviving the game for personal or community-based non-commercial use would not conflict with any known active IP holder.

I have successfully preserved the complete client-side game files, which you can preview here: (The Game Files are Client Only) What I Need: I am looking for someone experienced in reverse engineering and server emulator development to help restore the game to playable condition.

This includes: Developing a fully functional server emulator from scratch (since only client files are available) Recreating or mimicking essential systems such as: Account registration and login (The game have his launcher) Shop, Modify Weapons, Slots and game room hosting etc.
