Opportunity Overview:
• Responsible for supervising the activities in the Repair operations.
• Monitor and evaluate team and individual performance. (KPI and annual goals )
• Determines and allocates required resources (manpower, materials and machine) to accomplish production requirements.
• Establishes strategic goals for the team (in-line with the company's goal).
• Accomplishes financial goals by forecasting requirements, preparing budget, scheduling expenditures, evaluate variances, initiating corrective actions.
• Maintains quality service by enforcing quality and customer service standards; analyzing and resolving quality and customer service problems; identifying trends; recommending system improvements.
• Completes production plan by scheduling and assigning personnel; accomplishing work results; establishing priorities; monitoring progress; revising schedules; resolving problems.
• Ensures operation of equipment; ensures equipment are periodically maintained.
• Initiate and drive process/continuous improvement activities.
• Production/Strategic Planning
• Responsible for safety, personnel, proper utilization of company assets and the upkeep of the surrounding work environment.

• BS Degree on either electronics, electrical, computer, Industrial, or mechanical Engineering.
• At least 1 year experience in a supervisory role.
• Proficient in the use of various MS Apps, i.e. Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio
• Proficient in data analysis and high attention to details.
• Works well with people within and outside the organization.
