Responsibilities:

● Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, conducting closing calls, sending offer letters, and ensuring smooth onboarding.

● Partner with internal team leads to understand hiring requirements, provide updates, and close positions within agreed timelines.

● Source candidates for F&B operational roles (chefs, outlet staff, production team) and corporate roles (business operations, marketing, finance, HR, etc.).

● Coordinate with external recruitment agencies, ensuring alignment with requirements and maintaining quality standards.

● Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for critical and recurring roles.

● Maintain and update recruitment trackers, reports, and dashboards for leadership visibility.

● Ensure positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

● Assist HR team with onboarding, induction, and employer branding initiatives.

Key Qualifications: ● Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred). ● 2–4 years of HR experience in the F&B or hospitality, ● Proven experience in recruitment and employee relations. ● Strong understanding of Indian labour laws and statutory compliance. ● Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. ● Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities. ● Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS systems. ● Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. ● Hands-on approach with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
