[What the role is]As our Corporate Communications Manager, you'll develop and execute comprehensive communication programmes that strengthen our corporate identity, enhance organisational culture, and support strategic objectives through innovative brand management, digital engagement, and internal communications initiatives.
[What you will be working on]
• Brand Management - Develop brand strategies and articulate brand identity to guide organisational positioning. Execute end-to-end branding campaigns in collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders, managing project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure successful outcomes. Create and maintain branding guidelines, advise colleagues on proper brand usage, and ensure compliance across all communications.
• Internal Communications - Design and execute staff engagement programmes tailored to organisational needs, ensuring high levels of employee participation and satisfaction. Develop targeted internal communications campaigns by identifying the most effective channels and content formats for different audience segments. Customise key messages for various platforms and audiences, ensuring clarity and relevance across all internal communications.
• Content Creation and Curation – Develop compelling narratives to communicate organisational messages across diverse platforms and campaigns, including corporate newsletters and advisories. Recommend creative styles, approaches, and content formats that best serve communication objectives whilst adhering to brand guidelines. Synthesise complex concepts into accessible content suitable for various campaigns, ensuring message consistency and brand compliance throughout all materials.
[What we are looking for]
We are seeking a candidate preferably with a background in Communications or Mass Communications and experience in corporate communications, brand management and/or internal communications. The ideal candidate will possess:
A pleasant personality with excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to adapt messaging for different audiences.
A proven track record in developing and executing successful brand strategies and campaigns.
Experience in content creation and narrative development, internal communications and employee engagement programmes.
Diplomacy in negotiating and dealing with stakeholders.
