Title: Senior Analyst, HR Analytics & Systems

Role & Key Responsibilities

We are seeking a Senior Analyst to drive HR analytics and systems integration at SarvaGram. The role will focus on building a centralized HR data repository, creating real-time dashboards, and generating insights across hiring, attrition, productivity, and performance. The individual will also support HR systems (HRMS and related tools), automation of manual processes, and ensure reliable reporting for HR and business leaders.

Key Responsibilities

Data Centralization:

o

Create and manage a centralized HR data repository (evaluate data lake options vs. structured reporting databases).

o

Integrate data from multiple sources (ATS, HRMS, payroll, Excel trackers, surveys) into one ecosystem.

Analytics & Insights:

o

Drive regular reporting and deep-dive analysis on hiring funnel metrics, attrition trends, productivity, and performance.

o

Provide actionable insights to HR and business leaders for better decision-making.

o

Develop demographic dashboards (location, tenure, role, gender, cost, productivity).

Automation & Process Improvement:

o

Replace fragmented Excel-based reporting with automated dashboards (Power BI/Tableau).

o

Build repeatable templates for HR scorecards, business reviews, and board packs.

o

Drive secondary-level data cleaning, ensuring accuracy and consistency across HR datasets.

Macro Development & Tools:

o

Design macros/process automation solutions for existing Excel trackers where full system integration is not yet possible.

Stakeholder Management:

o

Partner with TA, L&D, PMS, and HR Ops teams to define metrics and reporting needs.

o

Present insights in a business-friendly manner to CXOs and HR leadership.

Desired Skills & Experience

4–6 years of experience in HR Analytics / People Analytics roles.

Strong knowledge of HR data domains: recruitment funnel, attrition, performance, productivity.

Technical skills: Advanced Excel & Macros, SQL, Power BI/Tableau; exposure to Python/R preferred.

Experience in process automation and data visualization.

Strong problem-solving, stakeholder management, and ability to work in ambiguous, evolving setups.

BFSI/Fintech/NBFC fast-scaling environment exposure preferred.
