Clinical Systems Training Lead

We are looking for a Clinical Systems Training Lead who will create a “wow” experience for our care team working within our electronic health records (EHR) system and other clinical technology platforms. This individual will lead the development and delivery of training programs, drive workflow consistency, and provide direct support to end users.
What you’ll do in the role:
Serve as the internal subject matter expert for AndHealth’s EHR and App
Lead role-specific training for AndHealth’s EHR and App across all care team members and end users
Design and maintain modular training programs and quick-retention materials tailored to clinical roles
Develop tip sheets, reference guides, and EHR translation resources to help internal users navigate key differences across systems
Build and manage a centralized training and documentation resource hub
Track training effectiveness, collect user feedback, and adapt training strategies to improve engagement and retention
Assist with system configurations and workflows to enhance usability and efficiency for AndHealth end users
Identify inconsistencies across teams with EHR workflows, and support teams with implementing best practice workflows
Build and maintain custom templates and smart phrases as needed by AndHealth providers
Provide at-the-elbow support to care team members, addressing workflow or documentation challenges in real-time
Stay current with advancements in EHR, Health Information Exchange (HIE), and clinical technology trends
Design auditing process to enforce care team documentation compliance, and internal Policies and Procedures
Serve as an internal subject matter expert on documentation tools, clinical workflows, and system optimization opportunities
Education & Licensure Requirements:
Preferred degree in computer science, health information systems, information technology, or a related field.
Other Skills or Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years’ experience working with EHR systems (e.g., Elation, Epic, or eClinicalWorks preferred)
Proven experience in training delivery, user support, and workflow analysis
Strong project management skills, including cross-functional coordination
Knowledge of clinical operations, medical terminology, billing, and coding preferred
Must have excellent multi-tasking, problem solving, and decision-making skills
High attention to detail and the ability to follow through on complex tasks
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a professional demeanor

(PPD) TB Skin Test - Proof of negative TB skin test within the last 12 months.

COVID Vaccine required.
