others—represent timeless craftsmanship, elegant design, and a dedication to enhancing life’s most treasured experiences. From exquisite tableware and décor to iconic lifestyle pieces, these brands embody a legacy of quality and innovation.

These renowned names are part of VITA, a division of Fiskars Group, a company with over 375 years of history. OUR ROLE

We are looking for a temporary Supply Planner to take ownership of end-to-end supply

planning for Georg Jensen, one of our core brands. You will be responsible for creating and executing master purchasing plans based on internal production, managing inventory across key locations, and ensuring product availability in global markets.

A key part of this role will be maintaining and updating our ERP system (AX). This includes (but is not limited to):

• Material master data maintenance

• Purchase order creation and follow-up

• Goods receipt processing at warehouses

• Subcontracting production flows

Given this, it is essential that you bring solid experience with AX and have worked extensively within the system for several years — ideally in supply chain and production-related positions in global companies. You should feel comfortable working in a changing environment and be able to bring structure where it is missing.

This is a hybrid role based in Frederiksberg, Denmark, reporting to the Senior Manager,

Global Network Planning.

The VITA Group supply chain is currently undergoing structural changes. While your core

tasks and success criteria are clearly defined, some of the surrounding planning processes

and interfaces are still evolving. We therefore need someone who can immediately strengthen our AX environment and contribute with hands-on expertise.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

In this role, you will:

• Maintain and update our ERP system (AX), including material master data, purchase

orders, goods receipt postings, and subcontracting production flows.

• Develop and execute master purchasing plans to balance internal production capacity with market demand.

• Manage inventory levels across global warehouses, ensuring the right products are

available in the right place at the right time.

• Collaborate closely with factories, warehouses, and supply chain colleagues to secure smooth end-to-end operations.

• Monitor and analyze supply and demand signals, addressing gaps and supporting

decision-making with timely data

Support the ongoing structural changes in our supply chain, helping to shape and

stabilize planning processes during a transition period.

WHO YOU ARE

You are an experienced supply chain professional with a strong background in ERP system AX, ideally gained in production and supply chain roles within international companies. You thrive in dynamic environments and know how to create structure where processes are evolving.

We imagine you bring:

• Several years of hands-on experience working in AX (master data, purchase orders,

receipts, subcontracting).

• A solid understanding of supply planning and inventory management.

• An analytical mindset and attention to detail, combined with the ability to see the bigger picture.

• Strong communication skills and the confidence to collaborate across factories,

warehouses, and business units.

• A proactive approach — you’re not afraid to take ownership and make sure things

move forward.

START YOUR JOURNEY AT FISKARS GROUP

We are awaiting applications from AX based supply chain professionals. We review
