Job Description
Bachelor's or Master's degree in School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1+ years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A professional opportunity is available for a School Psychologist to provide critical support and guidance within an educational setting. This contract role offers a chance to positively impact the academic and emotional well-being of students through prehensive psychological services.
Location: Burlington, Kansas
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 35-40 hours per week
Position Type: Contract, onsite
Duration: Remainder of the school year
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct psychological assessments and evaluations to identify student needs
Collaborate with educators, parents, and administrators to develop intervention plans
Provide counseling and support to students facing behavioral, emotional, or academic challenges
Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and contribute to developing appropriate acmodations
Maintain accurate records and documentation as required by school policies and regulations
Desired Qualifications:
Valid credential/license to practice as a School Psychologist
Strong skills in psychological testing, assessment, and interpretation
Ability to municate effectively with students, families, and school staff
Demonstrated passion and mitment to supporting student success and well-being
Experience working within school systems preferred
