Job Summary:

McGuinn Homes is seeking a motivated and experienced New Home Sales Agent to join our team. This role is essential in guiding prospective homebuyers through the process of finding and purchasing their ideal home in our communities. Key Responsibilities:

Engage Buyers: Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective buyers, providing an exceptional and informative home-buying experience. Educate buyers about pricing, financing options, and the home-buying process, ensuring they feel confident and informed every step of the way. Conduct tours of model homes, highlighting McGuinn Homes’ superior style, quality, and unique community offerings.

Sales and Marketing: Actively market your community through various channels (including social media) and community events, maintain MLS & McGuinn website for accuracy, achieve sales goals aligned with community targets, utilize CRM manage leads, respond to inquiries promptly, and maintain consistent communication.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with the construction team for clear communication and progress updates while addressing customer needs and community concerns.

Manage Contracts and Closings: Handle contracts and necessary amendments in a timely and accurate manner. Follow up with customers on backlog and closing coordination, addressing any concerns related to the community or their purchase.

Home and Community Oversight: Regularly walk homes in progress, maintain community signage, and address any issues promptly.

Networking and Events: Represent McGuinn Homes professionally at meetings, company events, and networking opportunities to build relationships and enhance visibility.

Market Knowledge: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and local market conditions to position McGuinn Homes effectively.

This streamlined approach ensures focus on key responsibilities while maintaining McGuinn Homes’ commitment to quality, teamwork, and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years of new home sales experience.

Real estate license

Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

A self-starter with a proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.

Tech-savvy with experience using CRM systems and sales tools.

Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.
