Position Overview:
We are seeking a friendly, knowledgeable, and customer-focused Service Advisor to be the link between our customers and technicians. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the automotive industry and a strong commitment to providing excellent service experiences.
Responsibilities:
Greet customers in a timely, professional, and courteous manner
Accurately document customer concerns and vehicle issues
Communicate recommended services, costs, and timelines clearly
Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely service and repairs
Provide updates to customers throughout the service process
Handle warranty and insurance documentation when applicable
Maintain accurate records and customer profiles in the system
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (required)
Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in a customer service role (preferred)
Strong communication and organizational skills
Basic knowledge of automotive systems and services
Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
