Miller Builds LLC is looking for a hands-on, forward-thinking Install Team Leader who can do more than just lead crews. We need a builder, a mentor, and a ground floor partner in our company’s growth.
You will oversee installations with pride and precision while helping us develop systems, train future team members, and shape our operational foundation. This is not just a job, it is a leadership track with real opportunity.
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage residential installation projects
Maintain quality control and customer satisfaction
Train and mentor new installers as the team grows
Help build systems and processes for efficiency and scale
Work closely with ownership to develop company culture and reputation
Wear multiple hats as needed to support operations and future expansion
What We Are Looking For:
Proven experience in home improvement or residential construction
Leadership skills and a team-first mindset
Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
Self-motivated and dependable
Willingness to grow with the company and take on more responsibility over time
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
