Responsibilities:
Supervising staff and daily operations
Adjust daily schedule for shift personnel to ensure optimal efficiency
Train and evaluate employees
Track monthly results and trends for business forecasting
Resolve escalated customer complaints
Qualifications:
Previous experience in Hospitality field
