Bookkeeper/Office Manager

Full-Time

We’re looking for a detail-oriented Bookkeeper/Office Manager to oversee day-to-day financial operations and keep our office running smoothly. This role blends accounting responsibilities with HR and administrative support, making it ideal for someone who enjoys variety and taking ownership.

What You’ll Do

Enter and maintain accurate records of daily financial transactions (invoices, receipts, bank activity, etc.).

Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring vendors are paid on time and customer accounts are up to date.

Process payroll, including wage calculations, deductions, and tax submissions.

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports (income statement, balance sheet, cash flow).

Monitor and manage company cash flow and reconcile bank accounts.

Support CPA with tax filings (sales tax, payroll tax, federal and state returns).

Maintain the general ledger and post journal entries as needed.

Track fixed assets and maintain depreciation schedules.

Complete month-end close activities.

Assist with HR functions including recruiting, onboarding, benefits coordination, and compliance.

Step in to support Office Assistant tasks when needed.

Take on additional projects or responsibilities as directed by management.

What We’re Looking For

5+ years of bookkeeping/office management experience.

Solid knowledge of accounting principles.

Proficiency with accounting software (QuickBooks strongly preferred).

Skilled in Microsoft Excel and Office 365.

Experience handling payroll and tax compliance.

Ability to work Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
