Sofina Foods is seeking a proactive and detail-driven Production Planner to play a key role in ensuring our operations run smoothly, efficiently, and in line with customer demand. This is more than just scheduling production—it’s about shaping how we deliver on our brand promise, introducing new products, and meeting service levels that strengthen our reputation.

This role offers the chance to work cross-functionally with Operations, Sales, NPD, and Commercial teams, influencing short-to-medium term capacity planning and supporting new product launches that drive business growth.

INDP

Highly attentive to detail, with excellent organisational skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel).

A clear and confident communicator, comfortable working cross-functionally.

Experienced in production planning or operations (preferred but not essential).

Motivated to learn, grow, and make an impact in a dynamic food business.

Work closely with Operations and Sales to plan production lines aligned with customer demand.

Take responsibility for production planning across both High Risk and Low Risk areas.

Execute weekly stock holding policy and monitor ageing inventory daily.

Ensure service, schedule adherence, and waste KPIs are consistently achieved.

Contribute to capacity planning for short- and medium-term horizons.

Partner with NPD, Operations, and Commercial teams to manage the smooth introduction of new products.
