Front Desk Attendant

You’ll act as the first point of contact for the business, greet members as they enter the facility, launder and fold towels, answer phone calls, light cleaning/organizing and help us with other operational duties to keep everything running smoothly. $10 per hourResponsibilities:

Answer phone calls and emails and communicate relevant information to the appropriate parties

Welcome fellow employees, clients, and visitors when they enter the building and give them any pertinent information or directions

Ensure the security of the building by having visitors follow necessary sign-in protocol

Folding towels, cleaning duties, locker room and club checks

Closing and opening the gym

Multi-tasking and being positive/energetic

Qualifications:

1+ year of front desk receptionist experience or related job experience preferred

Well-versed in taking telephone calls and handling stressful situations

Possesses strong customer service skills, interpersonal skills, organizational skills, and time management skills

High school graduate, G.E.D. recipient, or equivalent

Has previous experience with word processing programs and basic computer skillsAbout Company
