Full-Time Criminal Defense Firearm & Constitutional Law
Salary: $55,000–$60,000/year + Benefits

We’re seeking a self-motivated, detail-oriented Paralegal who takes pride in their work, thrives under pressure, and values precision and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:
Answer phones and communicate clearly with attorneys, clients, and court personnel
Conduct client intake and prepare initial case files
Open, organize, and distribute incoming mail and email
Draft and file legal documents through New Jersey e-Courts
Schedule and calendar client conferences and case deadlines
Manage case files throughout their lifecycle, including closing and archiving
Provide daily status updates to the firm President
Required Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of paralegal experience (criminal law experience preferred)
Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Adobe)
Familiarity with case management software
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Highly organized with strong multitasking and problem-solving abilities
Adaptable to new technologies and fast-changing legal processes
