Personal Lines Account Representative

Location: Sudbury, MA

Job Type: Full-Time (Monday – Friday, 8:15 AM – 4:30 PM)

McGlynn & Associates Insurance Services is a growing, full-service insurance agency seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Personal Lines Account Representative to join our team. Key Responsibilities

Manage and service existing Personal Lines accounts

Process policy changes, payments, and assist with claims

Provide quotes, re-market existing policies, and identify upsell opportunities

Cross-sell additional products to current clients

Communicate effectively with clients, underwriters, and claims adjusters

Utilize our agency management system (Applied / Epic) to maintain accurate records and workflows

Qualifications

1–3 years of Personal Lines insurance experience

Familiarity with the Applied Epic Agency Management System (preferred)

Solid knowledge of Personal Lines insurance products and coverages

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
