Hattison Hospitality Group, LLC is seeking an experienced and driven General Manager to lead our dine-in pizza restaurant, which also serves alcohol. This is an exciting opportunity to join our growing hospitality group—we currently operate a second successful location, and this role has the potential to expand into overseeing multiple stores.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee all day-to-day restaurant operations, ensuring a smooth, efficient, and profitable service.
Hire, train, schedule, and manage a team of 20+ employees.
Maintain a high level of customer service and address guest concerns quickly and professionally.
Drive restaurant profitability through accurate menu development, costing analysis, food & labor cost control, and vendor management.
Analyze sales and operational reports; use metrics to identify areas of improvement.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and alcohol service regulations.
Foster a positive workplace culture that emphasizes accountability, teamwork, and staff development.
Collaborate with ownership on marketing, promotions, and community engagement.
Maintain consistent restaurant standards in both front-of-house and back-of-house operations.
Qualifications
3–5 years in the hospitality/restaurant industry, with at least 1+ years as a General Manager (preferred).
Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team of 20+.
Strong background in restaurant financials, menu costing, vendor negotiations, and labor management.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Must be at least 21 years old.
Nights and weekends required; 45–50 hours per week expected.
Flexible and adaptable to a fast-paced work environment.
