The Position
As the Customer Value and Solutions (CVS) Manager – Near Patient Care, you will lead a team of product managers to shape and execute business strategies that grow our NPC portfolio and improve access to diagnostics in Indonesia.
The Opportunity
You will play a central role in defining the commercial direction and marketing strategy of Roche’s Near Patient Care business—spanning blood glucose monitoring, hospital POCT, and retail diagnostics. In this role, you’ll bring together customer insight, digital capability, and healthcare partnerships to deliver solutions that make a difference.
Lead and empower the NPC marketing team to drive strategic planning, product launches, and commercial execution
Define and implement marketing strategies aligned with global and regional objectives, tailored for Indonesia’s healthcare landscape
Build strong relationships with KOLs and key stakeholders to shape disease area strategies and drive clinical adoption
Develop and oversee end-to-end marketing activities—from market analysis to campaign execution and ROI tracking
Lead product lifecycle management, including new launches using Roche’s Launch Powerhouse framework
Co-create pricing and channel strategies in collaboration with sales, supply chain, and distributor teams
Actively manage NPC presence in the e-catalog, ensuring compliant and timely updates to product listings and pricing
Collaborate across departments to ensure high-impact solutions, strong market presence, and excellent customer experience
Who You Are
You are a strategic, people-oriented leader who thrives in a dynamic, fast-moving environment. You are passionate about diagnostics and delivering value to both healthcare professionals and patients through innovation, collaboration, and bold thinking.
Minimum 3 years of experience in diagnostics, healthcare, or consumer health marketing
Strong background in product management, launch excellence, market research, and digital marketing
Proven leadership experience and ability to grow and mentor high-performing teams
Excellent business acumen with deep understanding of healthcare trends, diagnostics, and customer engagement
Familiarity with pricing, e-catalog listing, and commercial operations
Excellent communication in both Bahasa Indonesia and English
Willingness to travel and work flexibly, including occasional weekends
