This is a full-time role for an Import Co-Ordinator. The applicant will handle the day-to-day tasks associated with shipping and logistics including forwarding and import processes as well as providing an excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

Working to strict deadlines to co-ordinate multimodal imports from start to finish (this includes liaising with overseas agents / suppliers & customers).

Producing Customs entries using CDS.

Develop strong customer relationships to understand their shipping requirements and to deliver great customer service.

Quotations

Customer Billing.

Monitor key performance indicators (KPI’s).

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent

Other skills:

Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.

Attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Strong customer service skill

Ability to work well in a team

Strong PC skills (Windows, Microsoft Office applications) preferred

Fluent oral and written English is a must
