Schedule: 36 hrs/wk, weekends & holidays as needed, standby possible for low census

Guaranteed Hours: 36/wk Requirements

Certifications: BLS (Rehab Certified + QIM experience preferred)

Licensure: Active RN license (state-specific; required to submit)

Experience: 1+ year inpatient acute rehab RN (travel experience highly preferred)

Other: Driver's License required for submission Unit Details

Beds: 30

Ratios: 1:6-8 depending on acuity

Support Staff: 2-3 techs per shift (ADLs, vitals, showers)

Charge: Team lead during day until 11pm; Charge RN on nights/weekends/holidays

Common Diagnoses: Post-op ortho (knees, back), cardiovascular surgery recovery, falls, strokes, MS, Parkinson's, COVID post-acute conditioning, PICC/ports

Meds/Drips: IVF, electrolytes, antibiotics, blood (no titratable drips, no continuous tele monitoring)

RT Support: Cpap/Bipap assistance as needed Additional Info

Scrubs: Caribbean Blue

Orientation: 1x 12-hour shift with preceptor

Floating: To MedSurg

Holiday Requirement: Work holidays as needed

Charting: Epic (EpicCare Inpatient EMR)
