What the Enterprise Content team does
To drive a robust upmarket strategy, Zoho has built out a dedicated content team to support mid-market and enterprise customer communication touchpoints across marketing and sales. In this capacity, the Enterprise Content team is involved in a wide range of strategic activities including website positioning, email campaigns, thought leadership, and case studies, all aimed at addressing the key interests and pain points of department heads and c-suite decision-makers.

What you'll do
Revamp existing product case studies to match upmarket strategy/expectations.
Create compelling story arcs based on interview transcripts from Customer Advocacy team and CRM deal notes.
Adapt content for multiple formats as needed, including long-form PDFs, feature articles, presentation slides, sales one-pagers, etc.
Collaborate cross-functionally with the content strategy, customer success, account management, enterprise sales, product marketing, and design teams.
This an in-office position at our Austin office at 979 Springdale Road, Suite 123, Austin, TX 78702. What you'll bring
3-5 years of B2B writing experience (SaaS or enterprise software strongly preferred)
Talent for structured storytelling-clear problem solution business results-supported by hard metrics and executive quotes
Familiarity with CRM, CX, BI/analytics, low-code platforms, or AI-powered business apps
Professional yet friendly written style that confidently speaks the language of VP- and C-suite decision-makers
Ability to articulate complex technical and business concepts in a clear, aspirational, and credible manner What success will look like in 12 months
Consistent cadence of 1-2 enterprise case studies per month requiring minimal rework
Deeper tech/business fluency related to Zoho's enterprise-ready apps and target markets
Streamlined case study engine, tighter briefs, more refined templates, and clearer utilization KPIs
More balanced case study library spanning multiple verticals, products, and use case scenarios that can show the true depth of Zoho's solution portfolio How you can thrive at Zoho
