As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a key role in ensuring a seamless experience for our customers. You'll handle inquiries, resolve issues, and provide top-notch support, all while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. This position requires strong communication skills, keen attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Respond promptly and professionally to customer calls regarding waste collection services, billing, and account management
Address and resolve customer complaints efficiently to ensure a positive experience
Process service requests, cancellations, and account updates with accuracy
Maintain organized records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback
Collaborate with dispatch and operations teams to ensure timely service delivery
Provide clear information about services, policies, and procedures
Follow up with customers to confirm issue resolution and satisfaction
Assist with reporting and documentation as needed What We're Looking For:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in customer service or related fields is a plus
Previous experience as a customer service representative, preferably in waste management or a related industry
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in customer service software and other relevant computer applications
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to multitask and perform under pressure
Strong organizational and time management skills
