Job Description

Skilled Trades Services is currently seeking experienced Scaffolding Erector Laborers to support a large-scale project in Kings Bay, Georgia. This is an excellent opportunity to join a professional team and be part of a safe, productive, and rewarding work environment.

Job Responsibilities:

Assist in the assembly, erection, modification, and dismantling of scaffolding systems on industrial and commercial job sites.

Safely move, lift, and position scaffolding materials such as poles, planks, and safety equipment.

Ensure all scaffolds are constructed in compliance with OSHA safety regulations and project specifications.

Maintain a clean and organized work area and properly store tools and materials.

Work effectively as part of a crew, following instructions from foremen and supervisors.

Use hand and power tools necessary for scaffold construction and dismantling.

Perform general labor duties to support the project as needed.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Clean criminal background (mandatory for site access).

Must pass a pre-employment drug screening.

Must have a reliable vehicle that is licensed, registered, and insured.

Prior scaffolding or construction labor experience preferred but not required — training available for motivated individuals.

Ability to work at heights, climb ladders, and perform physically demanding tasks in all weather conditions.

Strong commitment to safety, teamwork, and reliability.
