As the first point of contact, you’ll shape our customers’ experience by assisting with their insurance and service needs. We’re looking for a motivated, customer-focused representative with strong communication skills, a proactive mindset, and a passion for solving problems while delivering excellent service.

Responsibilities

Provide outstanding customer service through various channels including phone, email, and chat.

Assisting customer inquiries for Auto, Home, Commercial & Life Insurance

Assisting customers with Auto Registration & Income Tax services

Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in our database.

Process orders, manage returns, and handle cash transactions as necessary.

Collaborate with team members to improve customer satisfaction and streamline processes.

Requirements

Bilingual (Spanish & English) – Required

Excellent follow-up, multi-tasking & communication skills.

Handle client requests with professionalism and urgency.

Previous experience in insurance, investigations or other related fields

Experience in conflict resolution

Strong negotiation skills

Deadline and detail-oriented

Must be available weekends
