Account Coordinator
Location: Houston, TX 77058 (Corporate Office)
Compensation: $50–60k base + 10% bonus potential + profit sharing

Overview:
Our client is seeking an Account Coordinator to join their Customer Service team. This role acts as a liaison between sales, customers, and internal departments to ensure smooth order processing, fulfillment, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary contact for assigned customers, providing daily support and order updates
Process sales orders from quote through invoicing, ensuring accuracy and timely fulfillment
Manage customer inventory and generate reports as needed
Coordinate with logistics, warehouse, and production teams for scheduling and shipments
Create purchase orders, proposals, invoices, and credits
Assist with collections for overdue invoices when needed
Maintain ERP records (Microsoft Dynamics AX or similar) and ensure data accuracy
Participate in production scheduling meetings and support customer surveys/feedback
Qualifications:
2–3 years of customer service or order management experience, preferably in manufacturing or industrial environments
Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel; ERP system experience required
Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and professionalism
High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred
Additional Details:
Occasional travel may be required
