Job Description

Advantis Insurance Services, a boutique retail agency based in Mission Viejo, is hiring a

seasoned Account Executive / Client Relationship Manager to take over a loyal and profitable book of business. This role is ideal for an experienced insurance professional who thrives in a client-facing environment and is ready to own a diverse portfolio of both Personal and Commercial Lines accounts.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for a mixed portfolio of personal and commercial

clients.

Handle renewals, policy changes, certificates, claims guidance, billing questions, and

ongoing client communication

Consult clients on coverage options and ensure optimal policy placement

Collaborate with carriers and underwriters to negotiate renewals and marketing efforts

Maintain accurate policy documentation and compliance in the AMS

Ensure a smooth transition and retention of the book during onboarding

Qualifications

4+ years of insurance agency experience, with a focus on Account Management

Expertise in both Commercial Lines and Personal Lines of Property & Casualty

Active California P&C license

Familiarity with agency management systems like AMS360 and AgencyZoom

CISR, CIC, or other professional designations are a plus

Strong organizational, communication, and client relationship skills with the ability to clearly articulate coverages, discuss policy placement strategies, review carrier options, and show true care for the wellbeing for clients and their businesses.
