Customer Service Associate for boutique wholesaler

Job Description

Bella Moulding is a wholesale supplier in the custom picture framing industry. We are growing our team and seeking a Customer Service Associate to provide top notch service to our customers. In this position, you will be receiving calls from custom picture framing businesses who are ordering products or samples.

Our customers are awesome and expect excellent service from our staff. We are looking for someone with attention to detail and strong communication skills. We ship much of our product same-day so our business is driven by deadlines, therefore this role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Process orders received through the website, by email or phone

Follow up on customer orders/inquiries

Resolve customer inquiries, requests, and concerns

Work closely with production and shipping departments to ensure accurate and timely service

Build relationship with customers and sales reps

General clerical duties

REQUIREMENTS

Must have phone-based customer service experience

Must be a self-starter who can handle multiple concurrent tasks efficiently and successfully

Must be well organized, detail oriented, and have excellent communication skills

Proficient with MS Office, email and general office equipment

Strong basic math skills

Ideal candidate will have at least 2-3 years experience in a similar role

Manufacturing/production experience preferred

Framing experience a plus

Hours of operation: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, M-F in Chicago West Town neighborhood, guaranteed 40 hours per week, business casual office environment and free parkingCompany Description
