Job Description
PRIMARY OBJECTIVE(S) OF POSITION
Perform duties to operate multiple types of machines to primarily include CNC machining, but also may include overhead cranes, torches, forming, drills, mills, punch & shear presses, forklift, Combi Lift and saws. 4PM-12AM 2nd Shifts
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

3. Promote safety, environmental responsibility and continuous quality improvement in accordance with company policies.
4. Complies with all the policies and procedures set forth in the Company Handbook.
5. Work from production schedule, material issue tickets (MIT’s), prints, set-up diagrams and parts program lists.
6. Follow all general and machine specific work instructions to include start-up, complex set-ups, preventive maintenance, operating, shut down and lockout tag-out.
7. Use lift truck, pneumatic hand hoist, manual drill and grinder, tape measure, digital caliper and other hand tools.
8. Maintain production records and perform SPC and quality check procedures as prescribed.
9. Perform necessary calibration checks for tape measures, squares, calipers and other gauges and assure all items are within tolerance and within current calibration schedule.
10. Must be able to perform all the essential duties described in the Multi-Machine Operator I and II job descriptions.
11. Notify supervisor of equipment or material problems.
12. Performs other duties and responsibilities as apparent and/or assigned.
